Serving in Mexico since 1972, and the past 18 years in Tijuana, Pastor Mike Carey is currently Chaplain/Site Director of the Tijuana Rescue Mission of the Baja Missions as it is being constructed. He is of course involved in several other ministries, which include church planting, teaching on the faculty of a local Bible College, supporting local pastors, and doing International evangelism and relief work.

He is also the president and founder of BajaMissions and Carey Ministries International, and is an affiliate missionary with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, with whom he is currently licensed and ordained.

Along with his wife Geri they have two sons Marcus is with Pastor Mike, who helps in the daily ministry duties, pastoring, feeding and conducting services in the Tijuana and Baja areas.

Known for his warmth, integrity, passion and compassion, Pastor Mike is committed to seeing the Baja region touched with the reality of Jesus Christ.
